Your tasks will be: - Searching for the right candidates according to our job descriptions. (Who are willing to relocate to Estonia) - Creating a CV/resume for the candidates. - You'll be the contact person for the workers you found. Salary: - There's a finder's fee if your candidate passes the trial day and the second part of the fee if your candidate is still working there by the end of the month. (€50-€150) - You'll get an hourly bonus per candidate's worked hours from the second month. (€0.20-€0.35/h) Example: You find us a CNC operator, he passes the trial day and starts working with our customer, you'll get a €50 payment. If he's still working by the end of the month, you'll get paid another €100. The next month he worked 200 hours, 200x0.30€=60€ payment. This is a remote job.
